Totti Adds To Roma Injury Woes Ahead Of Juventus Clash

The Giallorossi captain is a major doubt while several of his team-mates are already out of action...Roma may struggle to put together a starting XI, if things continue as they are, for their match against Juventus this weekend.

Francesco Totti, who skipped Sunday's contest against Sampdoria, has been unable to train because with the squad because of a knee injury and is extremely unlikely to feature against the Bianconeri, according to romanews.eu.

Meanwhile, injuries have also taken their toll on Marco Cassetti, Simone Perrotta, Cicinho, Juan, Rodrigo Taddei, and Alberto Aquilani and they will also miss the highly anticipated match at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Suspensions have ruled out influential midfielder Daniele De Rossi and David Pizarro, as well as defenders Solueymane Diamoutene and Marco Motta.

The latest reports indicate that Luciano Spalletti will line-up a 4-3-2-1 formation, similar to the line-up used in the 2-2 draw against the Blucerchiati.

Probabale starting XI (4-3-2-1): Doni; Panucci, Mexes, Loria, Riise; Felipe, Brighi, Tonetto; Baptista, Menez; Vucinic.
